At Rombouts we are very much involved in Fairtrade, which is at the heart of our business. Whilst working with Cooperatives worldwide we have also come into contact with some brilliant organisations which help support their work. One such organisation is the Shared Interest Society, who invest in Fair Trade.
A Cooperative themselves, they provide fair and just financial services to community based businesses in Africa and across the developing world. They rely on their members to raise the funds needed to continue investing in these organisations. To date they have over 8,000 investors who have raised more than £26 million.
