Coffee with a couple of scoops of ice cream utterly delicious on a hot summer’s day!
Method
- Prepare a strong cup of coffee and pour into a blender.
- Add two scoops of vanilla ice cream add the milk.
- Blend in a liquidizer until the ice cream is mixed in thoroughly and forms a compact mousse.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately decorate with a dusting of cocoa

- Why not try blending your Espresso with 2 teaspoons of your favourite chocolate powder and Hey Presto! you will have an iced Mocha to enjoy!
- Also you can experiment with different flavours of ice cream. Cookies and cream and mint chocolate chip ice cream are our particular favourites.
