Coffee Ice Cream Sundae

Serves 4 Persons

Method

Chill 4 sundae glasses, whisk the cream into soft peaks, adding the sugar slowly as you beat. Make up the coffee and add the brandy or liqueur if using.

Put 2 scoops of ice cream into each glass and pour over the hot coffee. Spoon the whipped cream on top and place the Coffee Dragées or sprinkle with chocolate curls.

  • 200ml whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 600 ml hot strong espresso coffee
  • 4 tbsp brandy or coffee liqueur (Optional)
  • 8 scoops Organic Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 24 Chocolate Coffee Dragées or chocolate curls
