Delivery Information
We use both Royal Mail and DHL for the majority of our consignments. We reserve the right to ship via an alternative method. At the moment we do not deliver outside the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
Order Cut-off Times
Orders placed before 1.00pm will normally be shipped the same day, subject to stock availability. Any orders placed after 1.00pm will not be dispatched until the next working day.
Minimum Order Value: Orders placed must be valued at £15 or above.
Standard Delivery 3- 5 Days: £4.99
We will use either a courier service or Royal Mail signed for recorded delivery service. For Royal Mail service if you are not available a card will be left for you to arrange pick up from your local post office. Courier delivery will be between 8.30 am-6.00pm. All deliveries require a signature; please ensure there is someone available to sign for the package as the courier will not leave any parcels otherwise. The courier may attempt to leave your goods with a neighbour if possible.

Ireland - Standard Delivery 3- 5 Days: £17.00
Delivery to the Republic of Ireland uses our standard delivery service at a flat rate charge of £17.00.
Next Day Courier Delivery UK Mainland Only: £6.99 (Monday > Thursday inclusive) excludes delivery on Saturday and Bank holidays. Please note orders placed on a Friday will not be delivered until Monday.
