At Rombouts we still slowly roast all our coffee beans for around 18 minutes. We avoid modern roasting techniques which take a fraction of the time as we believe traditional slow roasting gives our coffees a better, more fully rounded flavour.

It may take a little longer but we believe it tastes a lot better!
